Work-related stress and anxiety can make it harder to switch off and recover at night.
Sleep disruption can leave people struggling to focus, make decisions and stay patient with others. Even familiar tasks can feel more demanding.

Sleep to Thrive makes it easy to understand what can improve sleep and daytime energy—and how to put it into practice.
Short, engaging sessions fit into busy lives, with clear explanations and practical takeaways people can use straight away. As small improvements build, people have a reason to keep going: they can feel the difference in their own lives.
Partners and family can join too, making it easier to understand and support each other’s sleep at home.
Independently reviewed and approved for continuing professional development, with recognised CPD points on completion.
A tailored workplace programme
Supporting the people who support others.
For people who care, protect, teach and serve, work can linger long after the day ends. Emotional load, demanding hours and limited recovery time can make restful sleep harder to find.
Designed for the demands of public-facing work, this tailored programme combines practical sleep education with restorative tools to help your people unwind after work, sleep better and make the most of the time they have to recover.

Participants learn at their own pace, alongside colleagues across your organisation. We coordinate the invitations, learning support and reporting, so there’s very little for your team to organise.
Co-branded invitations help people see what they could gain, with simple enrolment to make getting started easy.
We help people move through the month together—with self-paced sessions, optional live Q&As, timely encouragement and practical tools that travel home.
Participation and completion reports show who took part and who finished. Feedback captures what people gained, while CPD certificates recognise their learning.
